Black UI is built and maintained by Thoiba Trader, a GST-registered digital lab in Lanka, Hojai, Assam, India. If you've hit a bug — in the dashboard, in the APK/AAB builder, or in the base template it uses — this is the fastest way to reach us.

When reporting a bug, include:

• What you were doing (signing in, chatting, building an APK, etc.)
• What you expected vs. what happened
• Any error message or screenshot
• If it's a build issue: a link to the failed GitHub Actions run in your own repo

Payments & refunds

For a payment that was deducted but not credited to your account, or any other order issue, email us with your order ID and the date/time of payment. See the Refund Policy for what we can and can't do.

GST invoices

Every successful purchase gets a GST invoice, available in the app under Shop → Invoices. If an invoice is missing or shows a mistake, email us with your order ID and the date of payment. Please note that an invoice that was already issued as a personal (B2C) invoice cannot be changed into a business (B2B) one — see Section 9 of the Terms.

Privacy & account requests

To access, correct or delete your account data, or ask any privacy question, email us from the address you signed in with and put "Privacy request" in the subject. See the Privacy Policy for details.
